1. Settlement and Official Channels

All communications and instructions regarding international payments and non-cash settlements shall be conducted solely via official channels, in full compliance with applicable European Union laws and regulations.

2. Cryptographic and Barter Settlements

Any alternative settlement executed via barter exchange or virtual assets (specifically Bitcoin / BTC) must be explicitly formalized by a written agreement, documented with a valid tax invoice in EUR/PLN, and executed in accordance with EU Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and the MiCA regulatory framework.
